Payments methods

We offer secure payment via Credit cards (certified payment service www.mollie.com) and Paypal. We don’t store any payment details. You can use also bank transfer payment.

If you choose bank transfer payment, we will ship the goods after the payment is received.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, shipping is included. We use certified couriers (DHL, TNT, UPC, Geis ...) Our packages are usually shipped within a 2-3 business days after the order confirmation. After the pick-up, the package usually takes around 3-4 days to arrive, depending on its destination.

You will receive a track& trace code via email. It is recommended that the buyer should upon takeover of the goods check them as soon as possible.

Note that international customs charges are the buyers responsibility.

Packing

We securely pack the painting in layers of bubble wrap and a firm cardboard box.

Demaged packaging

If you see any damage when your package is being delivered, you can:

• refuse the shipment as [damaged – return to sender]
• immediately mark the tracking as [received damaged, subject to further inspection]. Please keep all boxes and packing material.

Contact us - you will need the tracking number, a description of the damage, and its value. Please make photos of the damages package and send them to us with short description.

Returns and cancellations

If you wish to return any non-commissioned items, we offer 7 day money-back guarantee. Items must be in their original state. You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned to Radek Smach in its original state and without any damage. Delivery charges are not refunded. We will refund the cost of the item in full, however, please note that if you paid for the item using PayPal, PayPal may charge you for return of funds and any charge incurred is not covered by Radek Smach. If you wannt to return the item, please contact us and will resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Photos

I try to make the best photos of my pictures. Note that photos may be slightly different. Illustrative images of paintings in the interior are computer generated. Dimensions and colors can be little different.

Protection of Personal Data

This website does not collect any personal information other than that entered by those purchasing our products. Any information provided to purchase a product is solely used for that purpose and is not disclosed to any third party. The buyer authorises the seller to process and keep the provided data in accordance with the Act on Protection of Personal Data. The seller undertakes that they shall not provide the personal data of the buyer to third parties other than the contractual carrier for the purpose of delivering the goods. The seller shall allow purchase without registration, whereas they shall use the data obtained from the unregistered buyers exclusively to fulfil the subject-matter of the contract and own marketing or business purposes. Credit card details are only retained as required by the processing company to demonstrate approval for the transaction provided by the clients.
